Celebrate with Solerno

If blood oranges are your thing then do I have the scoop for you. The world's first blood orange liqueur Solerno will be celebrating all things Sicily with ‘Celebrazione dell’Arancia Rossa’ held at Capriccio Osteria from October 18th to November 18th 2017. Guests will have the chance to indulge in five specialised cocktail offerings alongside an exclusive complementary menu that highlights the taste and versatility of Solerno and Redbelly Citrus blood oranges. My personal favourite was the Solerno Serata, a combination of ruby red grapefruit juice, bitters and soda - a recipe you can guarantee I'll be making at home on the weekends. What makes this event so unique is that blood oranges are very seasonal - so get in quick!
