Whirly Bird's 1st Birthday Party

The little treasure that is Whirly Bird in Pyrmont had their 1st birthday party and we were on ground to soak in the celebrations! Part chicken specialty restaurant, part Moulin Rouge burlesque, part quirky bar - whatever you're looking for, Whirly Bird has already thought of it! It was my first time visiting and right from the start, I love the decor...it's vintage and retro while also being classy and approachable. The food was divine, I highly recommend their roasted cauliflower and of course their rotisserie chicken is heavenly. We were treated to GH Mumm sparkles all night while listening to the smooth beats of The Low Down Riders transporting us to New Orleans with one blow of their saxophone. The highlight had to be their burlesque show that is every weekend - those girls know how to put on a show! It was definitely a night to remember and a place that I'd love to frequent way more often.
