Oh how Salvatore does it best, showing off his Resort 2012 collection to the world from a stunning New York mansion. The collection was pure glamour and elegance set amidst such luxurious surroundings. It was like a scene out of an old hollywood movie, with the models descending the grand staircase to hit the runway. The range harked back to an era long forgotten in Hollywood of elegance and glamour, the golden 30s. The designs had it all from floor-lengthed flowing gowns and tiers of glittering fringe to long blazers and golden striped cashmere. The luxurious silks, bags of crystals, and vintage Fred Leighton jewels matched the extravagant picturesque surroundings making you feel like part of this vintage fashion film.
