TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY 

Failure to provide all of the above will prove the entry invalid.It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions. Entry is only open to Australian residents, aged 18 years and over. Prize does not include flights. Entries must be received by 25/12/2019 11:59 AEST. Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of, or in connection with the prize except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on literary and creative merit of the answer provided to the promotional question. The Promoter may judge additional reserve entries and record them in order of merit in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is judged. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retail stores and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. In entering the competition, each entrant warrants that their entry does not contain material that infringes in any way the rights of anyone else.

VALIDITY OF ENTRIES

The Promoter reserves the right to request information to verify the validity of entries including proof of identity and proof of residency. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion.

ELIGEBILITY

Eligible Entrants’ personal information (“PI”) will be collected to enable the Promoter to administer and promote this competition and its winner. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant as per the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. If an entrant does not truthfully provide all requested PI, the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to win the prize.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

The winner will be announced via @couturecaddy Instagram. The winner will be asked to provide their email address and/or phone number via private message.

UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW

If the winners cannot be contacted within 24 hours of the prize draw, the Promoter may choose a reserve entry if applicable, or the prize will be made use of as the Promoter sees fit.

PRIZE DETAILS

Your prize voucher is valid indefinitely to conform with revised Consumer Laws.Voucher is subject to availability at the time of booking and cannot be taken during Australia school holiday periods, public holidays or long weekends. Hotel upgrades are available at own expense and are subject to availability at time of booking. Voucher is not valid with any other offer, is not transferable or redeemable for cash and must be taken intact. If lost or misplaced, vouchers will not be replaced. Inclusion(s) not utilised, is non-refundable. Monetary value of the inclusions cannot be used for any upgrades or in replacement of services not included in the voucher. The holder of this voucher cannot on-sell or auctions the prize for any monetary benefit. Kingfisher Bay Resort reserves the right to revoke the validity of the voucher, if such an incident occurs. Any alterations to travel plans may incur a rebooking fee. Kingfisher Bay Resort may, without notice to the holder of this voucher, substitute any services or the mode of carriage to carry the passenger. Food, beverages and incidental expenses will be at the expense of the holder of this voucher unless otherwise stated. Please keep your voucher for presentation to reception staff on check-in.

PRIVACY

By submitting your entry to Couture Caddy and Kingfisher Bay Resort (in order to enter this competition), you are consenting to the collection, use and disclosure of that personal information in accordance with the privacy policy.

VARIATION OF TERMS

Couture Caddy and Kingfisher Bay Resort reserve the right to alter these Terms and Conditions, withdraw any prize or cancel all or part of the promotion in its absolute discretion without notice subject to state regulation.
