Celebrate The End Of Winter With Whitewater

Last week, Manly favourite Whitewater Restaurant launched a new menu in style. Inspired from the beautiful ocean that is just moments away from the venue; we were enchanted with the refreshing flavours, tantalising dishes and gorgeous water views. An expert mixologist was on hand delighting guests with a taste of the exclusive cocktail classes that Whitewater offers for just $85 per person (min of 10 per booking).  Fifteen new sharing plates means there is something for everyone, a favourite of mine was the Tuna Tatiki which consists of rare thinly sliced tuna served on chopped broccolini salad tossed with soy sesame seed dressing. With the smooth vibes of a live saxophone and drum DJ, it was the perfect way to toast the end of winter!
