Franck Sorbier's Paris Couture Week Masterpiece

Month after month the fashion world witnesses designers from all over the globe showcase their latest on the runway, once in a while there emerges a masterpiece. There are two perfect words to describe Franck Sorbier's latest Winter collection - absolutely magical. This to me is what Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week is all about, Sorbier transported us to another world. As if we ourselves walked through the wardrobe to Narnia, inside a gilded Parisian theatre and behind the velvet curtain lay a stunning winter wonderland. In a stroke of pure genius, his intricate and masterful works of art delicately floated on stage on graceful ballet dancers - it was a show like no other. Each design an opus worthy of a museum collection or the world ballet cementing this talented designer in the history books. It's hard to imagine that Franck Sorbier only achieved haute couture status in 2005, a designer who feels like he's been in the industry since the beginning he brings to life true French couture.
