I've always been a fan of  Roy Lichtenstein's legendary pop art paintings after discovering his work back in high school art class. This Spring Summer 2012 we saw the rise of pop art in fashion, in particular works that were inspired by his artistic genius. When shopping in Melbourne recently I stumbled upon this beauty in a Chapel St market lane. The skirts's cut and sorbet palette is so perfect for summer I thought I'd share some summer cocktails I recently learnt at a Frangelico cocktail class I was invited to. Being one of my favourite liquors when out and about, I was delighted to learn some new creations! Naturally it's Frangelico, lime and soda first however this little green tea gem definitely tickled my tastebuds:

East West Iced Tea 240ml
Frangelico 500ml cold & strong green tea
4 lemon wedges squeezed in 3 mint sprigs
Stir all ingredients in a 700ml carafe with ice. Serve with ice and garnished with a pert mint sprig
