Sunday Telegraph has got the inside scoop on why iconic fashion label Sass & Bide split from department store giant David Jones earlier this year. In a revealing interview founders Sarah-Jane Clarke and Heidi Middleton spoke on why they made the big move over to Myer, ending their 10 year relationship with David Jones. They said that DJs were aware they were exploring options, but that it wasn't the right time for them. The girls felt they needed someone who was prepared to fully invest in the company and allow it to expand to its full potential. Clarke told the Telegraph that "
in the end we went for Myer because they could help grow the business....they were really interested in helping us achieve global strength." Seems like I'll be visiting Myer alot more now even though I was such a loyal DJs girl, what are your thoughts on the big move?
