Stars hit the red carpet earlier today for the
46th Annual Academy of Music Awards in Las Vegas. True to the city of lights, the star-studded event meant our fave glamour girls lit up the red carpet and showed off their styles in well chosen dresses. Here are a few of my dress winners from the glitzy event:

What country music event is complete without
Nashville sweetheart Taylor Swift? Staying true to Taylor's demure and pretty style, she stepped out in a sorbet lemon haute couture gown by designer Elie Saab. The dress was stunning with sequinned detailing, a low back and beautifully embroidered train. She coupled it simply with her long blonde locks, Neil Lane jewels and Ralph Lauren shoes.

Nicole Kidman was there to support her country music star of a husband Keith Urban. Choosing a L'Wren Scott sexy fitted dress made of snakeskin, Nicole showed that with
two new kiddies at home she's still a super hot mum! She did the dress justice by keeping her accessories and hair simple, letting the thigh-high slit, black peep-toes and fuzzy shoulders do the talking.

Reese Witherspoon was one of the many non-music artists to attend the ACM Awards as a host. The
recently married Reese glowed in a sleek lace dress by designer Marchesa. The strapless dress had a gorgeous black overlay with which she paired black peep toes. Really though with an accessory like her smouldering
